Once digital content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, you expressly agree that the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Refunds may be granted if:

- The digital product has not been accessed or activated
Non-refundable items include:
- Online courses already accessed
- Digital downloads already opened or used
- Gift cards and promotional codes
- Personalized digital content
Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived after confirmation:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (credit card or bank)

Sale & Discounted Items
Only standard-priced digital courses are refundable under EU law. Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable once purchased.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable to digital content. If you encounter technical issues accessing your course, please contact support@omnislearn.com and our team will assist you.
Gifts
Digital gift cards or gifted courses are non-refundable. If a course was purchased for you as a gift, the refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original purchaser.
